Build the operating model, not just the software
We hire people whose work has to survive production. Consulting, engineering, governance and learning design sit in one team, shipping into enterprises that cannot afford a half-finished answer or an undefended agent.
A firm where your work ships
Consulting firms generally make you choose: strategy without delivery, or delivery without thinking. We built the structure so you do not have to.
As a consultant here, you will design the operating model and then watch the digital employee run it. As an engineer, you will be consulted on the business before you write anything. As a learning designer, your work will be measured on behaviour, not enrolments. As a governance lead, you will decide what the organisation is allowed to delegate — before it delegates anything. It is a smaller, faster and more demanding way to work.
Real client exposure
Every role carries client-facing accountability from the first quarter. We do not hide juniors behind seniors.
Serious scope
Two enterprise platforms, 50+ mega projects behind the firm, and a learning system with 10 million learners.
One integrated bench
AI consultants, ontology architects and learning designers sit together. It changes the quality of the thinking.
Growth without politics
We promote on demonstrated delivery capability. With 300+ staff the bench is large enough that you will not wait for a chair.
What we look for
- Curiosity about the business. The people who do well here ask what the work actually is before asking what the tool does.
- Bias to shipping. A working prototype on Friday beats a perfect framework in three months.
- Rigour with the details. Authority, evidence and audit trails are not somebody else's problem.
- Plain language. If a client cannot explain it to their board, we have not finished thinking.
- Willingness to be wrong. We change our recommendation when the evidence changes.
Where you can be based
Singapore is the group headquarters and the centre of gravity for consulting and engineering. Hong Kong is the headquarters of our enterprise learning business. Beyond those two we have client teams in Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Tokyo, Seoul and Sydney, and we hire ahead of demand in all of them.
Six paths into the group
We hire for judgement first and tooling second. If you can hold a client's operating model together, we will teach you the platforms.
Enterprise AI consultant
You scope the operating model with clients: which workflows get delegated, who supervises, what the evidence model needs to be. This is the consulting core of the group.
Agent and data engineer
You build the substrate — agent orchestration, ontology, context pipelines, evaluation harnesses — on top of platforms we do not own.
Learning designer
You design the curriculum that makes a workforce genuinely able to operate agents, and you build it into an LMS that produces evidence.
Governance and risk advisor
You design the supervision model, the decision log, and the answer we give to a regulator or an internal audit.
Partner enablement lead
You take our methods into partner and customer ecosystems — the external-partner arm of the learning business.
Delivery and programme management
You keep parallel workstreams in multiple markets genuinely parallel, and you keep the evidence trail intact while doing it.
Current openings
Six career directions, and we hire continuously against the bench we need. If the direction you want is not listed, we still want to hear from you.
Enterprise AI delivery
Running enterprise AI programmes end to end, from value diagnostic to production deployment.
Agentic Business consulting
Deciding what work may be delegated, at what authority, and how the organisation improves at it.
Context engineering
Retrieval, context budgets, tool contracts, evaluation harnesses and runtime observability.
Governance & compliance
Risk classification, controls, autonomy tiers and audit evidence that holds up under examination.
Next-generation learning design
Capability systems for employees, external partners and digital employees as one architecture.
Digital employee training
Building the curriculum, evaluation sets and qualification standards that digital employees are trained against.
Locations: Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong SAR, Sydney
This is our flagship practice and the role that shapes it. You will run value diagnostics, decide which work can be delegated and at what authority tier, design the supervision and escalation model, and stay accountable for it entering production. You need 5+ years in enterprise consulting, operations or technology delivery, and at least one AI or automation programme you can dissect honestly — including why it stalled.
Locations: Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Tokyo
You will own enterprise AI engagements from first conversation to production: scoping, delivery, stakeholder management and the uncomfortable conversations about scope and timeline. 4+ years in enterprise consulting, data or technology delivery, and you have seen an AI programme fail and can explain why.
Locations: Singapore, Kuala Lumpur
You will build the runtime that keeps agents dependable in production: retrieval parameters, context budgets, tool contracts, evaluation harnesses, release discipline, cost control and the audit trail. Strong Python or TypeScript, real production experience with LLM systems, and an instinct for what belongs in a governed platform versus what belongs in application code.
Locations: Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Hong Kong SAR
The role that makes the practice work. You will model domains — entities, states, rules, decision rights — by working with the people who actually do the work, and you will reuse what previous engagements already modelled. You think in formal structure and communicate to executives without jargon. Background in business analysis, process engineering, enterprise architecture or a domain-heavy analytical discipline.
Locations: Singapore, Hong Kong SAR
You will build the systems that let a regulated enterprise prove what its agents did: AI inventories, risk classification, authority and autonomy tiers, control testing, and evidence aligned to ISO 42001, ISO/IEC 23894 and the NIST AI RMF. You will have worked in risk, audit or compliance inside a regulated enterprise, and you can write a control that survives an auditor's questions.
Locations: Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur
You will design capability systems rather than course catalogues: what employees, external partners and digital employees each need to be able to do, defined as one architecture. You will author business simulations — scenario logic, decision scoring, feedback design and facilitation for live events — inside MetaSim, and you care about transfer to the job more than about content volume.
Locations: Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur
This role did not exist five years ago. You will define what a digital employee must know and be able to do before it is allowed to work unsupervised — its task curriculum, its evaluation set, its qualification standard and the evidence trail that proves it. Then you will design how human employees are trained to work alongside it. You come from instructional design, applied AI evaluation, or both.
Locations: Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney
You will run multi-workstream client programmes across the practices: governance, commercial management, risk, resourcing and quality, with real P&L accountability. Experience delivering technology or capability transformation programmes in a consulting or vendor environment, on programmes large enough that coordination is genuinely the job.
Nothing matching? Send a speculative application to careers@cyberwisdom.net telling us what you do and which of the six directions you want to move into. We read every one.
An honest filter
We have made both lists work. Being on the right one matters more than how many frameworks you have read.
- Can hold a client's business process in their head and explain it to an engineer
- Written and asked to be held to what they wrote
- Comfortable saying "this is not the right answer" to a paying client
- Interested in how people actually change behaviour, not just how they complete courses
- Able to work across Singapore, Hong Kong SAR and the wider APAC region
- Want to sell a platform rather than run a consulting engagement
- Treat training as a deliverable that ends at completion
- Uncomfortable being measured against a baseline they did not choose
- Prefer deep specialisation with no client contact at all
- Assume the technology decides the answer
What we offer
Competitive packages
Reviewed twice a year against market, with performance bonus linked to delivery outcomes rather than billable hours alone.
Learning budget
An annual allowance plus five dedicated days for conferences, courses and certification — and we encourage spending it on AI capability.
Hybrid and travel
Flexible hybrid working, with travel shaped by role. Client site work is real and not hidden behind a remote policy.
Health & wellbeing
Comprehensive medical cover, mental health support and family benefits, varying by market across our Asian hubs.
How the group develops people
How we got here
Enterprise learning systems built before generative AI existed. The LMS discipline — records, evidence, completion that means something — predates the current hype cycle by more than a decade.
Institutional investment from Morningside, on the view that enterprise capability and enterprise technology belong to the same company.
A second round from a family office and private equity, funding the agentic business and learning platform build-out across Asia.
Consultants and technical staff across Asia — enough to run parallel workstreams in multiple markets, and to staff a 24-month programme properly.
Large-scale programmes delivered, most recently including a global beverage group's agentic operations build, starting with agentic operations rather than a platform purchase.
One proposition: help enterprises build the next generation of agentic business. Two businesses. One learning system underneath.
Start where you are standing
Six entry points, six different first conversations. Tell us which one you are and we will start there.
Executive sponsors
You are being asked to approve an AI budget without a defensible answer to "what changes, and how do we know it worked". Start with the operating model, not the platform.
Function owners
You own the outcome and the risk. You need one workflow in production and one metric that moves, within a quarter.
Technology leads
You are tired of pilots. You want an architecture with an exit, and evidence the agent can be trusted with a specific task.
Governance and risk
You need the evidence model designed in from week one — supervision records, decision logs, and a defensible answer for the regulator.
Learning and L&D
You are the one who has to make the workforce genuinely able to work with agents, and prove it with more than a completion rate.
Frontline supervisors
Your team's daily work changes. You want to know exactly what the agent will do, and what you are still accountable for.
