Start with the business problem, not the product
Tell us what is not working — the process, the people, what it costs when it goes wrong. We will come back with a point of view and an honest answer about whether we are the right firm for it.
How a first conversation goes
No qualification gauntlet, and no discovery workshop before anyone tells you anything useful. Here is the actual sequence.
You send the context
A paragraph is enough. The process that is not working, the people involved, and what it costs you when it goes wrong.
We assign the practice lead
Not a salesperson — the consultant who would actually run the work. They read your context before the call.
45-minute working session
They ask about the process, the constraints and the politics. They give you their read on what would work and what would not.
Written point of view
Within a week you receive a short note: the shape of the opportunity, the likely approach, the realistic timeline and first-quarter scope.
You decide
Including deciding to work with a smaller firm, to do it in-house, or not at all. We will tell you if we think that is the right call.

Response time
Within one business day
Tell us what is not working
We are not asking which product you want. We are asking what the business is trying to do, so we can tell you whether it is possible and what it would take.
What happens after you write to us
No discovery phase that bills for three months before anyone says anything useful.
You send a note
One paragraph is enough. Tell us the industry, the workflow you think should be delegated, and who would have to approve it.
We come back with questions
Within one business day. Not a qualification form — three or four questions designed to find out whether we are the right firm.
A working call
Forty-five minutes with a practitioner who has delivered in your sector. We will tell you if your sector is one we are not right for.
A written point of view
Two pages on your first workflow, what it would take, what it would measure, and what we would deliberately leave alone.
A proposal
Scoped in one workflow, with the operating model, the evidence requirements and the learning plan inside it.
A demo built on your own subject matter
A demo built on vendor content proves nothing. We will load a piece of your policy, a scenario from your operation, or a sample of your team's work, and show you the workflow end to end.
Guided platform walkthrough
Both enterprise platforms demonstrated against one workflow of yours, with a practice lead who will answer the awkward questions about integration, governance and administration.
Learning platform session
For teams evaluating wizBank seriously: configuration, permissions, courseware authoring and simulation setup — including what your own people would run. Led from our Hong Kong learning headquarters.
Technical architecture review
For enterprise architects and security teams: integration model, data residency, deployment options, AI governance and audit mechanisms. As an authorised delivery partner, we own the architecture as well as the deployment.
Six things worth having ready before the call
None of these need to be perfect. Having them roughly written down is what lets us give you a useful answer rather than a discovery questionnaire.
- The name of the workflow, not the department. "Order to cash", not "finance".
- Who currently does it, and how many people.
- Whether that work is written down as policy, or lives in people's heads.
- The metric you would use to prove it worked — and its current value.
- Who would be accountable if an agent got it wrong.
- What your risk function would need to see before you could ship it.
- Which downstream partner or customer process would feel the effect first.
Small enough to deliver, real enough to fund what comes next
We scope first engagements tightly on purpose. One workflow, one outcome, one production deployment inside a quarter.
The deliverable is not a report. It is a live system running on real volume, with a measured result your finance team can check — and a costed roadmap for scaling it, if the numbers justify it.
- Week 1–2: diagnostic, business semantics discovery, delegated work identified, success metric agreed
- Week 3–4: operating model blueprint, governance frame and authority design, evaluation plan
- Week 5–12: build, integration, evaluation, live pilot with real users
- Week 13: results, costed scale roadmap, decision recommendation
What we need from you
- A sponsor with the authority to change how the work is done
- A domain expert — ideally the person who does the work today, not a proxy
- Access to real data in a suitably protected form
- A metric you already report, so the result lands in an existing conversation
- Six to eight hours a week from two or three people on your side
If you cannot commit those hours, tell us. A pilot without internal participation produces a demo, and we would rather do something else.
Six terms we are precise about
The vocabulary around enterprise AI is badly polluted. These are the definitions our engagements are built on — and the ones we will hold you to.
| Term | What it means | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| Agentic business | An operating model where a meaningful share of decisions and execution is delegated to AI agents, under human supervision, inside a governed process. | Adding a chatbot to your website. |
| Agentic operation | The daily work itself — the workflows where an agent acts, a human approves, and both leave an auditable trace. | A demo that works once on clean data. |
| Agentic sales | Commercial models where agents qualify, prepare, quote and follow up, while humans hold the relationship and the judgement calls. | Automating email sequences. |
| Enterprise ontology | The agreed, governed map of what your entities mean, how they relate and which rules apply — so that an agent's answer is defensible. | A data catalogue nobody maintains. |
| Enterprise learning | The system that keeps human and digital employee capability current — LMS, TMS, courseware and the evidence trail. | A compliance tick-box. |
| Human machine capital | The combined capability of your people and your digital employees, treated as one asset class with one development plan. | Headcount planning. |
Start with the proposition, not the platform
Every claim on this page is a number we can evidence: 50+ delivered programmes, 300+ consultants and engineers across Asia, US$20M from Morningside and a US$30M Series B from a family office and private equity. If a number here is not useful to your decision, tell us which one and we will show you the underlying detail.
Working with us
We work with systems integrators, consultancies, technology partners and content studios — and we are deliberately selective about it.
Systems integrators
Bring us the enterprise architecture and transformation mandate. We bring the two platforms, the consulting practices and the learning capability, and we can operate entirely in your methodology.
Technology vendors
Integrate with our platforms as a technology partner, co-sell into accounts where our delivery capability is the differentiator, or list your product in our ecosystem.
Consultancies & content studios
Jointly pursue accounts where neither firm covers the whole requirement, or contribute specialist content to our courseware library on a commercial basis.

What this page answers
Every topic below is covered in the sections above, and each links to the page that goes deeper on it.
One paragraph is enough to start
Describe the workflow that is not working and what it costs. We will tell you our read within a week, including if the answer is that you do not need us yet.
